It is on the 3rd floor and includes it’s own study area. There is also a comfortable fold out mattress which increases the occupancy to 4 guests. The room has a smart 4K tv, bluetooth speaker for your music, ceiling fan, full length mirror, hair dryer, 6 pillows, extra sheets, a set of towels, soap, and shampoo.

EADO SIGNATURE QUEEN ROOM 4- PRIVATE ROOM WITH INSUITE BATHROOM– This is a private room and bathroom on the 3rd floor with a Queen Bed. It is ideal for single occupants or coupes. All rooms have a smart 4K tv, bluetooth speaker for your music, ceiling fan, full length mirror, hair dryer, 4 pillows, extra sheets, a set of towels, soap, shampoo, and a foam guard to put under your door to help reduce noise. Enjoy and use the community kitchen to cook or store food, relax in the living area or balcony, and feel free to do laundry.

EADO SIGNATURE KING STUDIO WITH TERRACE- PRIVATE ROOM WITH INSUITE BATHROOM- This is one of our best rooms and like a studio apartment. It is the only pet friendly room and has it’s own outdoor entrance, patio, and privacy. This studio is on the first floor and perfect if you do not want to go up the stairs. It has a kitchenette, smart 4K tv, bluetooth speaker for your music, ceiling fan, full length mirror, hair dryer, 4 pillows, extra sheets, a set of towels, soap, and shampoo

This is the entire house. It includes 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, and an extra queen mattress. The maximum occupancy is for 14 guests.
