This is the entire house. It includes 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, and two extra queen mattresses. The maximum occupancy is for 16 guests.

There is also a comfortable fold out mattress which increases the occupancy to 4 guests. This is one of our best rooms and like a studio apartment. It is the only pet friendly room and has it’s own outdoor entrance, and privacy. This studio is on the first floor and perfect if you do not want to go up the stairs.
